Economic Approach
Our national and international certifications focused on Service, Sanitary Hygiene Protection and Sustainability, endorse RCD Hotels' compliance with legislation in our destinations. As well as the protection of our customers, highlighting our ethical principles.
Social Approach
We work on 4 important points: Human Rights, Labor Practices, Fair Operating Practices, and Community Involvement and Development.
- Human Rights: Our code of ethics and procedures emphasize Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Non-Discrimination. We have channels that bring us closer to our collaborators.
- Labor Practices: Gender equity through our recruitment processes, internships, promotions and daily operations. Monitoring of facilities and facilities offered to all our employees. We have growth plans to promote the development of our people and continuous improvement. We have a table of benefits superior to those of the law depending on the level of contribution of our people.
- Fair Operating Practices: The Corporate Sustainable Procurement Policy is aligned with our Code of Ethics, which allows us to conduct transactions and carry out ethical conduct and relationships.
- Community Participation and Development: We promote our Cultural Heritage through events and contests for collaborators. We provide environmental education to our guests and collaborators. We have also implemented a gender violence prevention plan.
Environmental Focus
This approach includes sustainable certifications through which we achieve the integral validation of all processes in relation to the impact generated by our operation; in addition to the proper waste management through various practices for waste management and energy reduction to ensure the efficient use of natural resources and energy within our facilities. We also strive to preserve the flora and fauna near our hotels and care for the atmosphere and soil by investing in clean energy and measuring our carbon footprint.
